For this purpose, Carol is invested with aligning education systems to children's natural motivational biases and emotional needs to allow for their sound psychological development and the unfolding of empowered and passionate learners.

Carol has reached almost 50 educators from Lebanon through her workshops. She has helped educators assess their classroom cultures and provided them with human-centered design tools to tackle challenges they face at school and achieve sustainable solutions.

Carol is a designer of learning solutions and advises on various educational topics, including the development and evaluation of learning programs, curriculum design, and project-based learning. Carol has worked with educational and corporate institutions on projects in USA, Lebanon, and Hungary.

Carol worked as a curriculum designer on projects with McKissack Middle Prep and University School of Nashville and developed the content and vision of a webpage coding curriculum for middle- and high-school students that has been deployed in Brentwood, USA. She also worked as an evaluator of a corporate education program based in Hungary and advised on the development of education programs in Lebanon. In addition, she has trained almost 50 educators on her workshops through the American University of Beirut and Cherpa.io. Carol holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering from the Lebanese American University and a Master of Education in Learning and Design from Vanderbilt University.
